I struggled for a while to lose the weight that I wanted.  Although I was working out, I wasn't eating the proper foods.  Being single, I would eat out all the time. When I was going out to eat, I thought I was making healthy choices.  It was not until I followed Teresa's advice that everything turned around for me.  Between her weekly words of wisdom and her cookbook, she taught me how to cook and eat healthy. Once I put this final piece together, I have lost 35 lbs.
